Viewing Messages to be Re-sent to CCC

When the program encounters an error sending messages to CCC, the message is stored in the Outbox. Open the Outbox screen to view the list of messages where an error in sending was encountered. Messages with a Working status are re-sent automatically. Messages with Suspended status must be re-sent manually. A notification popup alerts you when a message has encountered an error while sending. The Notify me again in option allows you to adjust the time interval when you receive a notification of this type.

You must be a communicating CCC ONE® Total Repair Platform customer to use this feature.

To view messages to be re-sent to CCC

  1. Select Help Outbox from the menu bar. The Outbox screen opens.
  2. View the messages in the screen and make a note of messages with Suspended status. These messages need to be re-sent manually.
  3. Select the Notify me again in droplist, and then select a time interval (optional).
  4. Click OK.
